It is the start of the week and the weekend has been in between. What is still with you from Friday — and what did you get the most out of? A block, a conversation at the working lunch, someone else's use case, an idea you have not stopped turning over. Be specific if you can; specifics are what I build the next one on.

3What you would change

If we ran Friday again tomorrow, what would you have me do differently? Timing, format, how much airtime the use cases got, what you were asked to prepare — nothing is off limits, and candor here is more useful to me than praise.

4A quote I may use

We spent a good part of Friday on relationships — who holds them, what they are worth, and what happens when they move. Alchemy is built the same way. Relationships are what this firm runs on, and a recommendation in your words does more to help another leadership team understand this work than anything I could write about myself.

Two or three sentences is plenty. Useful shape: what you expected, what actually happened, and what it changed. Write it as you would say it — I will not edit it beyond punctuation, and I will send you the final wording before it appears anywhere.
